Accessibility Statement

SellFastPhoto is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, magnify the screen, or have reduced-motion settings turned on. People research property on every kind of device and in every kind of circumstance, and a site that only works for some of them is not finished.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) set the standard for making web content more accessible. This site aims to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA.

We describe this site as partially conformant, which means most of it meets that standard and some content does not yet. We would rather say so plainly than claim a level we have not independently verified.

What we have done

  • A written description is a required field on every image in our content system, so an image cannot be published without one.
  • Each page has a single meaningful top-level heading, and the headings beneath it follow a logical order rather than being picked for how they look.
  • The scroll-driven video on the home page is decorative. It is hidden from assistive technology, carries no audio, and is replaced by a still image for anyone whose device asks for reduced motion.
  • That same section falls back to a still image on slow connections and when a data-saver setting is on, so the page stays usable on a constrained connection.
  • Step sequences announce which step is active rather than signalling it with colour alone.
  • Page regions are labelled so screen reader users can move between them directly.
  • The site reflows to fit small screens and browser zoom instead of forcing horizontal scrolling.

Known limitations

We know about the gaps below and are working on them. If you hit something that is not listed, please tell us — this is what we are aware of, not the limit of what we will fix.

  • Our online booking portal is a separate third-party system. We do not control its code and cannot promise it meets the same standard. If you have any difficulty booking online, call or email and we will book your shoot for you directly.
  • Some articles were carried over from our previous website and may not yet match the heading structure and image descriptions used across the rest of the site. We are working through them.
  • Video on the site is visual marketing material and does not currently carry captions or audio description. Where a video conveys something essential, we also state it in text on the same page.
  • This statement rests on our own evaluation. The site has not been assessed by an independent third-party auditor.

If you run into a barrier here we want to hear about it, and we will get you the information or the booking you came for in the meantime.

Tell us the address of the page and what happened. We aim to reply within five business days. There is no particular wording you need to use — a plain description of what went wrong is genuinely the most useful thing you can send.

How this statement was prepared

This statement was prepared on September 3, 2026 following our own evaluation of the site against WCAG 2.1 level AA. We review it whenever the site changes substantially, and at least once a year.
