HDR Photography
Blended flash interiors, corrected verticals, MLS and web sizes.
Real estate photography is the difference between a listing buyers scroll past and one they save. We shoot flash blended HDR photography across Tampa Bay, which means every room is lit properly and the view through the window survives instead of blowing out to white. Pricing starts at $195 and the files land the next business day.
What flash blended HDR photography actually means
A Florida living room is a hard exposure. The room is dim compared to the bright yard outside, so a single frame gives you either a properly exposed room with a white rectangle where the window should be, or a beautiful view with a dark room around it. Neither sells the house.
The fix is to shoot a bracketed sequence and add flash, then blend the frames so the interior holds detail and the window keeps its view. It is more work on site and considerably more work afterwards, and it is the single biggest visible difference between professional listing photos and phone photos.
We also correct verticals on every frame. Walls that lean, which is what happens when a wide lens is pointed slightly up or down, are the fastest way to make a good house look amateur.
How many photos does a listing need
Most Tampa Bay listings need 25 to 45 finished images. A two bedroom condo is well covered at 25. A four bedroom house with a pool, a lanai and a view needs closer to 45. We shoot to the property rather than to a number, and the count is agreed before we start so there are no surprises.
Every set covers the front elevation, every room, the outdoor living space, and the details that make the property specific. If the house has a feature worth money, a renovated kitchen, a screened pool, water frontage, it gets frames of its own rather than a passing mention.
Photography for the Tampa Bay market
Shooting here has local constraints worth planning around. Afternoon storms run most of the summer, so exteriors get scheduled early from June through September. Mature oak canopy over much of Tampa, Temple Terrace and Palm Harbor throws hard dappled shadow across a facade for most of the day, which leaves a short clean window in the morning. Screened pool enclosures, which are on a large share of listings, photograph as a gray veil over a dark pool unless they are flashed and blended.
We shoot the whole region at one flat rate with no travel fee, so a listing in Brandon or St. Petersburg costs the same as one ten minutes from our base. Most listings pair photography with drone coverage, and it is worth looking at the packages on the pricing page before booking pieces separately.

Frequently asked
How much does real estate photography cost in Tampa?
HDR real estate photography starts at $195 for a standard Tampa Bay listing, which covers 25 or more finished images delivered the next business day. Larger homes needing 45 or more images, or bundles that add drone, video or a 3D tour, are priced in packages starting at $235. There is no travel fee anywhere inside the eight counties we cover.
How long does a real estate photo shoot take?
Most shoots take between 45 minutes and 90 minutes on site depending on the size of the property. A two bedroom condo is usually done in under an hour, and a large home with a pool, a lanai and drone coverage runs closer to two hours.
When do I get the photos back?
Photos are delivered the next business day as a private gallery link you can forward to the seller or upload straight to the MLS. Shoots finished in the morning are frequently back the same evening.
How should a house be prepared for a photo shoot?
Turn on every light, open all blinds, and clear counters, worktops and floors of anything that is not staged. Move cars off the driveway and out of the street view, hide bins and hoses, and remove pet bowls and toys. Fifteen minutes of tidying before we arrive makes a visible difference in every frame.
