How fast do I get my real estate photos back?
Photos are delivered within 24 hours. Video and floor plans come back within 48 to 72 hours. Same day turnaround is often available if you need it.
What areas of Tampa Bay do you cover?
We shoot across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Polk, Manatee, Sarasota and Osceola counties, including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Wesley Chapel, Riverview, Sarasota, Lakeland and Kissimmee. Travel inside the region is included in the price.
Do I need to be at the property for the shoot?
No. Most homes take 30 to 60 minutes and you do not need to be there. We flag anything worth moving before we start and text you when we wrap.
How much does real estate photography cost in Tampa?
HDR real estate photography starts at $195 for a standard Tampa Bay listing, which covers 25 or more finished images delivered the next business day. Larger homes needing 45 or more images, or bundles that add drone, video or a 3D tour, are priced in packages starting at $235. There is no travel fee anywhere inside the eight counties we cover.
What if I am not happy with the photos?
We will reshoot it or give you a full refund, and you keep the photos either way. That is the SellFastPhoto satisfaction guarantee.
