Pinellas Park, Florida.
About 35 minutes from Tampa · no travel fee
Pinellas Park is central, inland and unpretentious, and the listings here tend to be about value rather than lifestyle. The stock is mostly single story block construction from the 1950s through the 1970s, a substantial number of villa and condominium communities, and one of the largest concentrations of manufactured and mobile home communities in the county, much of it aged fifty five and over.
The block homes photograph the way block homes do: bright pale exteriors on open lots that will clip to white without bracketing, and interiors made of smaller separated rooms with lower ceilings and modest windows. The right approach is honest framing. There is a strong temptation on modest houses to shoot ultra wide and make rooms look bigger than they are, and it consistently backfires, because the buyer walks in, sees the real room and stops trusting everything else in the gallery. Straight verticals, an honest focal length and good even light sell these houses better than distortion does.
Manufactured home listings need their own approach and get it too rarely. Buyers are looking for specific things: the condition of the carport and the skirting, the age of the roof, the state of the Florida room, the parking, and what the community itself offers. Clear coverage of all of it, plus proper amenity photographs, answers the questions that otherwise become phone calls or, more often, a scroll past.
The genuine selling point is position. Pinellas Park is close to everything on the peninsula, and an aerial makes that obvious.
We shoot across Pinellas Park, including the villa and manufactured home communities off Park Boulevard and 66th Street, the established blocks near Mainlands and the newer infill toward Gateway. Freedom Lake Park, the Pinellas Trail, the Gateway business corridor and being roughly fifteen minutes from either coast are the practical draws, and central position is a thing an aerial shows better than a paragraph does.
