Seminole, Florida.

Seminole sits in the middle of the Pinellas peninsula, close enough to the beaches to matter and far enough back to be materially cheaper, and that trade is the pitch behind most listings here. The buyer is often someone who wanted the barrier islands, priced them, and came inland ten minutes to get twice the house. Photography that makes the location legible is doing real work.

The housing is mostly single story, 1960s through 1990s, block construction on lots that are generous by Pinellas standards, with a high proportion of screened pool enclosures and Florida rooms. Both of those are lighting problems. A screened cage without added light reads as a gray scrim with a black pool underneath; a Florida room with jalousie or sliding glass on three sides is a bright box attached to a dark house, and the exposure difference between the two spaces is severe enough that they cannot be shot as one frame without blending.

Lot sizes here are worth photographing properly. Where much of Pinellas is tight, Seminole has yards with room for a boat, a trailer or a workshop, and for a lot of buyers that space is the reason to choose it. An aerial makes the lot legible in a way a fence-line ground shot never does.

The other genuine asset is proximity: Seminole is minutes from Madeira Beach and Indian Rocks, and an aerial that shows how close the Gulf is answers the question every buyer starts with.

Worth noting for sellers here: because so much of the stock is single story and similar in age, condition is what separates listings. A new roof, updated windows or a resurfaced pool are worth photographing deliberately rather than leaving to the remarks.
