Headshots

Agent headshots and personal branding portraits, on location.

An agent headshot is a business asset that appears on every listing, every sign, every card and every profile you have. It is worth more than most agents spend on it. Sessions across Tampa Bay start at $350 and include five fully retouched final images.

Why the headshot matters more in this business

Real estate is one of the few industries where the individual is on the marketing more than the company is. A seller choosing between agents is looking at faces, and a dated or badly lit headshot quietly costs listings in a way that is impossible to measure and easy to fix.

The most common problem is age. A photograph that is eight years old sets up an awkward first thirty seconds at every listing appointment, and the fix costs less than a single portal advert.

What actually happens in a session

Most of the work is direction. Almost nobody is comfortable in front of a camera, and the difference between a stiff photograph and a good one is someone telling you what to do with your hands, your chin and your shoulders. That is the part of the session that earns its cost.

We shoot several backgrounds and expressions so you have range: something warm for social, something straighter for the brokerage roster, and a crop that survives being reduced to a circle on a phone. Bring two or three tops, ideally solid colors, and avoid tight patterns.

Teams and brokerages

For a team, the useful thing is consistency. Shot on the same day with the same lighting and background, a roster looks like one firm rather than fifteen photographs collected over a decade. Team sessions are priced per person and we can shoot at your office anywhere in the region. Brokerage work is often booked alongside commercial photography of the office itself.

Frequently asked

How much do real estate headshots cost?

A headshot session starts at $350 and includes the session, direction, and five fully retouched final images with crops sized for every platform. Team and brokerage sessions are priced per person and are cheaper per head.

What should I wear for a headshot?

Solid colors in the tones you normally wear for work, and bring two or three options. Avoid tight patterns and busy stripes, which distort at small sizes, and bring a jacket even if you do not think you want one, because it photographs more structured than knitwear.

Where does the session happen?

Either on location at your office or somewhere with good natural light, or against a clean backdrop we bring. Both work; on location tends to look warmer and a backdrop is more consistent for a team.
