Commercial Photography

Retail, office and industrial spaces shot for leasing and sale.

Commercial real estate photography serves a different audience from residential: a tenant or an investor evaluating a building as a business decision. We shoot retail, office, industrial and multifamily across Tampa Bay from $295, with full commercial usage rights included.

What commercial buyers and tenants look for

The building matters less than the site. Parking count and layout, ingress and egress, loading access, visibility from the road and traffic exposure are what a tenant is really assessing, and most of that is best shown from the air rather than from the sidewalk.

For investor material the emphasis shifts again toward condition and scale. Roof condition, the state of the parking surface, the common areas and how the building sits against its neighbors all speak to what the asset will cost to hold.

Vacant space is its own problem

Empty shell space is genuinely hard to photograph well. There is nothing to lead the eye, the lighting is usually fluorescent and unflattering, and a bare frame makes a good unit look bleak. Vacant suites need careful framing, corrected verticals and a color balance that neutralizes the overhead light rather than leaving everything green.

Commercial work around Tampa Bay

We cover the retail and office corridors through Tampa, Brandon and St. Petersburg, the industrial and flex market along the Interstate 4 and Interstate 75 corridors, and mixed use in Ybor City, where the historic building stock needs a different approach from a modern flex unit.

Commercial shoots almost always include aerial coverage, because the site is the story. Larger assets are frequently paired with a 3D tour so out of state investors can walk the space.

Frequently asked

How much does commercial real estate photography cost?

Commercial photography starts at $295, which covers a single tenant building or suite including exteriors, interiors and site context. Multi building sites, large industrial assets and full portfolios are quoted individually.

Do you provide commercial usage rights?

Yes. Commercial shoots include full usage rights for leasing brochures, listing platforms, investor packages and the owner's own marketing, which is broader than the listing usage that comes with a residential shoot.

Can you photograph an occupied commercial building?

Yes, and it is usually best done outside trading hours or early in the day so the space is clear and staff and customers are not in frame. Tell us the access arrangements when you book.
