Video Reels
Vertical video built for Instagram, TikTok and Reels.
A listing reel is a short vertical video built for the way buyers actually browse: on a phone, held upright, thumb moving. We shoot and edit vertical real estate videos across Tampa Bay from $245, delivered ready to post to Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
Why vertical video is shot differently
A vertical reel is not a landscape video cropped down the middle. The frame is tall and narrow, so composition has to be built for it from the first shot: doorways and hallways work, wide living rooms fight the frame, and movement through the house carries more than static rooms do.
The pace is different too. The first second decides whether anyone watches the rest, so a reel opens on the strongest thing the property has rather than on the front door, and it moves. Everything is shot on a gimbal so the motion is smooth rather than handheld.
What a listing reel does that photos cannot
Photographs sell rooms. Video sells flow, which is the thing buyers most often cannot work out from a gallery: how the kitchen relates to the living space, whether the lanai is really part of the house, how big the yard feels when you walk into it.
A reel is also the only listing asset that travels on its own. A gallery link gets sent to people already interested, while a reel gets shown to people who were not looking, which is where new buyers and new sellers come from. For agents building a personal brand it does double work, marketing the listing and the agent at the same time.
Reels for the Tampa Bay market
Vertical video earns its keep hardest in the newer master planned communities, where a buyer scrolling is comparing homes with the same builder, the same floor plan and nearly the same elevation. In Wesley Chapel, Riverview and Lakewood Ranch, nothing about the house itself breaks the tie, so presentation does.
For short term rental listings in Anna Maria, Madeira Beach and Kissimmee, reels double as booking content the owner can use long after the sale. Many agents pair reels with a full cinematic listing film, using the reel for social and the film for the property site and YouTube.

Frequently asked
How much does a real estate reel cost in Tampa?
A vertical listing reel starts at $245, which covers the shoot, the edit, licensed music, captions and one round of revisions. Two reels are included in the Socials package alongside full photography and drone coverage.
How long is a listing reel?
Most run between 20 and 45 seconds. That is long enough to move through a house and short enough to hold attention on a phone, and it fits the length Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts all favor.
Do you provide the music, and is it licensed?
Yes. Every reel is delivered with a licensed track cleared for commercial social use, so your post will not be muted or taken down for a copyright claim, which is what happens when a chart track is used on a business account.
How soon do I get the video?
Reels are delivered in two to three business days, which is slower than the photos because editing, grading and captioning take real time. If a listing goes live on a deadline, tell us when you book and we will work to it.
